How to make Chicken Pasta

1. Heat oven to 375ºF.

2. Dice 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, mince 3 garlic cloves, shred 3 cups cheddar cheese, drain canned tomatoes, cook and drain 1 lb spaghetti, and shred chicken.

3. For sauce, melt 4 tbsp butter, cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant. Add 1/4 cup flour, 2 cups milk, 1 cup chicken broth, 2 tsp salt, and stir in 2 cups cheese until melted.

4. Toss tomatoes, chicken, spaghetti in baking dish, pour sauce, mix, top with cheese.

5. Bake 20 minutes until cheese browns.
