    Mushrooms

Mushrooms are packed with nutrition, and should be part of anyone's diet whether raw, cooked or in a powder form. Some mushrooms should always be cooked, such as morels, and others can be consumed a number of ways.

Sautéed, roasted, or cooked in the air fryer are all great ways to cook mushrooms. Or stuff portabellos for a hearty vegetarian main dish.
