    Instant Pot

    The Instant Pot (and other electric pressure cookers) get dinner on the table so much faster, leaving more time for you to live your best life.

    I often use my Instant Pot to cook up dried beans, whether they're black beans or chickpeas. My posts on Foolproof Cooked Chickpeas and Instant Pot Black Beans are readers' favorites.

    And the Instant Pot is my go-to method for making Lentil Sloppy Joes when I'm in a hurry.
