Fall chilly days and evenings call for soup. They warm us up and are a great way to add more vegetables to our and our family's diets.
If you want to add more protein to soups, think nutritional yeast, hemp hearts, and tofu. Or make them your own with other herbs and spices you prefer. Because one of the beauties of soup is how flexible they are.
